OpenStudy (kaylaprincess):

Can someone step by step, and thoroughly help me understand this cellular respiration process? C6H12O6 + 6O2 = 6CO2 + 6H2O + ENERGY (ATP, NADH & heat) i really want to understand it better, Thanks,

OpenStudy (anonymous):

What don't you understand?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

@kaylaprincess ?

OpenStudy (kaylaprincess):

like the process, ...i mean i can see it in front of me, its just ughh i dunno how to ask efficiently, uhhh

OpenStudy (kaylaprincess):

like what leads to what and how it got there ??

OpenStudy (kaylaprincess):

hhm..

OpenStudy (kaylaprincess):

oh ! explain the process ?? does that help ?

OpenStudy (kaylaprincess):

//face palm //

OpenStudy (anonymous):

No, it doesn't help. But I get what you mean.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

You wanna know how it all gets there and how it all adds up?

OpenStudy (kaylaprincess):

yes ;_;

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Well, do you want a long answer or a shorter, briefer answer?

OpenStudy (kaylaprincess):

i don't care, whatever you choose.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Hm....... okay short answer:

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Magic and lots of believing!!!! X3

OpenStudy (kaylaprincess):

haaaaA

OpenStudy (anonymous):

but seriously though, water comes up roots, sunlight comes directly to the chloroplast, and air comes in through the leaves

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Energy, is obtained from sugars previously made by mitochondria

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Good so far? Any questions?

OpenStudy (kaylaprincess):

nope i understand,

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Das gud :3

OpenStudy (anonymous):

forget what I juest said. that was for photosynthesis. And your asking for cellular respiration. lemme just delete that......

OpenStudy (anonymous):

*facepalm*

OpenStudy (kaylaprincess):

ayyyyy it's all good. !!! c: dont worry, thanks for trying to help me though lol

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Oooooooookay

OpenStudy (anonymous):

So its basically the same idea. Just that this process focuses more on air and producing energy from air

OpenStudy (anonymous):

This process has an end result of ATP

OpenStudy (anonymous):

(And it doesn't use sunlight by the way)

OpenStudy (kaylaprincess):

define atp real quick ? i know etc bbut.. not atp o;

OpenStudy (kaylaprincess):

// sorry if this is too much >.<

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Don't worry about it. I don't really mind.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

ATP stands for Adenosine triphosphate

OpenStudy (kaylaprincess):

Okay, thanks

OpenStudy (kaylaprincess):

ay duude

OpenStudy (kaylaprincess):

... i found some info that directly tells me, o;

OpenStudy (anonymous):

There is actually a lot you can read about it. But I have to go now. Maybe I can help later.

OpenStudy (kaylaprincess):

this is a complex chemical process don't worry. I found good info and explanations. medal 4 u ay~ thanks again,

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Coolz. Well, if you need anything, feel free to tag me. :3

OpenStudy (kaylaprincess):

goodness thank you !! ;D

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Okay den. Bye kayla. See you later I guess.
