The heros they are talking about are more realistic.. they are saying they are just like everyone else but they are exhibiting more will power, or a stronger heart. To just bear with the situation longer... or to just put in that little bit of extra effort that is needed. Unlike the made up heros who have inhumane abilities, more like "superheros".
