Can someone help me with some career wisdom. I want to become an Engineer in Renewable energy and mechanical aspects respectively, but I need some tips with what degree I need and any other studies or grade to maintain or the salary of the job or... just anything

OpenStudy (e.mccormick):

I would use something like this to find the job requirments: http://www.renewableenergyworld.com/rea/careers Then you can research the degrees they list related to the jobs that interest you.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

You need to get an An basic Degree in Engineering EIther mechanical or Electrical and then You need to obtain some professional certificate to get a good job

OpenStudy (anonymous):

At first you should complete any technical education in the your field of interest, a diploma or a undergraduate degree whichever suits you and then selecting your career path as developer (R&D), sales or marketing (business ascpects) or technical associate (instalation etc).

nice answers people, he is definitely in the right hands...just get a technical certificate, a degree in engineering(of your dreams), try to be versatile and open to changes though.. you might find yourself in a job that requires something else...But you will surely earn a lot of money, but money shouldn't make you short sighted....good luck
