The perimeter adds all the sides together. You will have 2 of the side measuring 3x-1, and you will have 2 of the side measuring 3x-3. So add together this: 2(3x-1)+2(3x-3). Which choice is that then?

PS. After you distribute the 2 into both sets of parenthesis, add the results of both together. THAT will be your answer.

Here you are given with two sides, and I hope you can find other sides too, as in rectangle, opposite sides are equal, and then just add all the lengths to get perimeter.. :)
