Evaluate the following expression using the values given: Find 2r2 + 3s3 - r2 + 4t2 - r2 if r = -2, s = -3, and t = 5 A.) -19 B.) -37 C.) 27 D.)19
so, can you re-write the expression with your values subbed in?
\[2r^2 + 3s^3 - r^2 + 4t^2 - r^2 \]
\[2(-2)^2 + 3(-3)^3 - (-2)^2 + 4(5)^2 - (-2)^2\]
and a calculator this is like the sixth time i have seen this exact same question in past two days maybe the seventh
I don't see how people can just put in the numbers where the variables are, and actually use their brain to find the numbers that represent that variable, and then just plug it in, and solve the equation.... Apparently math is getting too hard.
common core has destroyed math
im still trying to fine the answer @FibonacciChick666
ok, just show your work here and we can make sure you are doing it right
i would use a calculator if it was me with judicious use of parentheses
You can even use a computer calculator. Every computer has one. Just go to the Home button and type search for calculator.
127? @satellite73
Ok either you're very very dumb, or you just don't know how to use a scientific/graphing calculator... Your equation has \[2(-2)^2+3(-3)^3-(-2)^2+4(5)^2-(-2)^2\] Now if you look carefully.. There is a \[3(-3)^3\] (Hint: This part is being cubed instead of squared!)
