I don't know 10 changes but I can think of a couple that might be valid. Becoming more self sufficient, strengthening their army, becoming more of a democratic society (voting and such) and continuing the war on terror.

Please keep in mind that i can not confirm the validity of any of these statements though :)

ok see as far as i know, what happened after post-Taliban Afghanistan is like country remains considerably more peaceful and united, GDP per capita has climbed up,adult mortality has been declining both because of reduced violence and improved conditions for good health,The risk that a woman could die from pregnancy or childbirth-related causes has fallen since 2000.
Also percentage of women seeking medical care and advice for their newborns has increased. Beyond improved access to health care and education, women in particular have been able to play a far greater role in public life so women have much freedom now than it was before.

yeah it will be from above what i mentioned. you can take out points like seats are reserved for women in houses in parliament and add other stuffs :P @ninaesb
