Hello and Welcome to OpenStudy! :) try distributing and comparing or solving for x if you distribute or solve for x and the two sides don't look the same, then it would be "never true" if it is the same, then it would be "always true" .-. I'm not sure what would happen with "sometimes" though, sorry
