I just don't know how to find the middle point

OpenStudy (zale101):

what is the standard form of a circle? Plug the center and the point that's passing through in that formula. Member this? \[(x-h)^2+(y-k)^2=r^2\] Here's what you have to plug in Center (3, - 2): h = 3 and k = - 2 Point (0, 2): x = 0 and y = 2 Now solve for the radius.
