[Medal and Fan! please help] Solve by factoring. x^3+4x^2-x≥4

OpenStudy (anonymous):

\[ x^3+4x^2-x≥4\] right ?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

it is tricky because it says "by factoring" but you have to subtract \(4\) and make it \(\geq 0\) before you start

OpenStudy (anonymous):

\[x^3+4x^2-x≥4\\ x^3+4x^2-x-4\geq 0\\ (x-1) (x+1) (x+4)\geq0\]

OpenStudy (anonymous):

then it should be easy

wow ty! i got it
