OpenStudy (fibonaccichick666):

so, when it says compare, what type of problem does that shout at you?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Uhm, I'm not sure. Comparing would be to find the ratio of the numbers. So, division?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

@FibonacciChick666

OpenStudy (fibonaccichick666):

yea exactly

OpenStudy (fibonaccichick666):

so first, get the decimal or the percentage whichever you prefer for each

OpenStudy (anonymous):

A. 3500/5500 = 0.636364 sooo 0.63 so 63% B. 4800/8500 = 0.564706 sooo 0.6 so 60% C. 3200/4200 = 0.761905 sooo 0.8 so 80% Doing anything right so far? xD

OpenStudy (fibonaccichick666):

looks good, i didn't check your numbers but right idea

OpenStudy (fibonaccichick666):

then the same idea for the next collumn

OpenStudy (anonymous):

A. 1000/3500 = 0.285714 sooo 0.29 so 29% B. 2100/4800 = 0.4375 sooo 0.4 so 40% C. 900/3200 = 0.28125 sooo 0.3 so 30%

OpenStudy (fibonaccichick666):

sounds good

OpenStudy (fibonaccichick666):

but I wouldn't round your percents unless instructed to do so

OpenStudy (anonymous):
