First shorten the title to seem more appealing. Next make two columns. One with bad things and the other with good things. For every bad one there should be a good one in it's place like if I put in the bad something like, cursing. I would then put in the good column make sure you talk with higher vocabulary and always professional. Etc. once you have a bunch of things written put the points in a specific order. You want to start with an intro that has a good hook be personal. If you haven't guess your now making your outline. Then find a way to transition into a topic. At the end of each topic transition to the next. So make sure each topic that is next to each other can be easily transition into the next. Then you write your conclusion make a joke or two. And that's it. I hope that helps
