Magnitude would be the distance, so the distance formula d=((13-5)^2+(12-9)^2)^1/2 will give you that particular value

Figure it out; you've made it to pre-cal, so you obviously know what you're doing. As for the component form, the difference between to the two points' two values will allow you to form the component form of the problem, where ax+by will convey your answer
