3x^2-12/x2+4x+4 divided by x-2/x+2

OpenStudy (triciaal):

one approach is to factor the quadratic first. you can also factor the numerator when you divide by a "fraction" invert and multiply now simplify

OpenStudy (triciaal):

3x^2 - 12 = 3(x^2 - 4) = 3(x + 2)(x-2) x^2 + 4x + 4 = (x + 2 ( x + 2) divided by (x-2)/(x+ 2)= multiply by (x + 2)/(x - 2) now putting it all together like the original
