OpenStudy (anonymous):

Help me Please I guess it's this but dont know if im right or no 12x3 + 21x

OpenStudy (lxelle):

(f + g)(x). it just means f(x)+g(x)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Wait you mean i'm going to add and multiply

OpenStudy (lxelle):

f(x)+g(x) What do you think?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I'm confused here is that the formula

jhonyy9 (jhonyy9):

@barbie15 so what you have got wann being f(g(x))

jhonyy9 (jhonyy9):

sorry the last term need being 21x^2

OpenStudy (lxelle):

Okay, here it says (f+g)x, and not f(g(x)). Dont get confused. the latter one is a multiplication of both functions. as for your case its addition. just add up both functions.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Jhon where did u get that 21x^2

OpenStudy (lxelle):

so f(x) + g(x) 4x + 7+3x^2 rearrange, 3x^2+4x+7

OpenStudy (lxelle):

hope i helped. :)

jhonyy9 (jhonyy9):

so than you see what you have got there @barbie15

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Thanks @LXelle

OpenStudy (lxelle):

No problem. :)
