Write a polynomial function of minimum degree with real coefficients whose zeros include those listed. Write the polynomial in standard form. 2, -4, and 1 + 3i @LXelle @math&ing001

hELP ME PLEASE gUYS

OpenStudy (anonymous):

@LXelle @math&ing001 i DID IT IT GAVE ME f(x) = x4 - 3x3 + 6x2 - 18x + 80

OpenStudy (math&ing001):

Ok let me check.

OpenStudy (lxelle):

IMHO, you should revise first before doing your exercises/assignments.

OpenStudy (lxelle):

subtract x from each root, and multiply the whole mess together. since they are suggesting a 4th degree poly, you might want to include the conjugate of that complex number

OpenStudy (anonymous):

so Lxelle mi answer is wrong

OpenStudy (anonymous):

So that's the answer f(x) = x4 - 3x3 - 6x2 + 18x - 80
