MIT 18.06 Linear Algebra, Spring 2010 9 Online

Is multivariable calculus really a prerequisite for this course? I've read elsewhere that high school algebra (precalculus) was sufficient to tackle Linear Algebra. Wondering if that's truly the case.

No. it's not. Or, you can take some of the first courses and you'll figure this out!

I guess not? I didn't take any calculus course but I can understand the idea. Just watch the video and see if you are prepared. But I've read a little about calculus and I don't think it's necessary? Maybe some ideas of it will help.

It's not need. And when needed, Prof. Strang will point it out in the lecture.
