No; the corresponding sides are not proportional thats just my opinion though
do you know how i would solve it though?
the first figure is ABCD. The second is EFGH so AB corresponds to EF BC corresponds to FG CD corresponds to GH AD corresponds to EH try get the ratio of one side say, AB to EF and see if it applies to say side BC and FG
