basically you move the decimal point towards the right 12 times. so the first time you move the decimal point you get 86 and when you keep going u put zeros.

if you do A and B both. with A move the decimal point to the left till you get it between 8 and 6 because in the question the decimal is between 8.6. and do the same with B. if it takes you 12 times to get the decimal point between 8.6 then that's the right answer. hope you understand fully after you follow this..
