Nevermind it's not a for the third one either, I apologize....
# 3 isn't freedom of speech?
It's not any of those....The closest thing it could be is C though, because it says in there that the king can not impose new taxes.....but it doesn't abolish monarchy....and it doesn't call for freedom of speech....just go for c. It's the answer they want, but not the right one.
