You are not getting the point. Suppose u go to higher altitudes then the pressure of oxygen wil decrease, also suppose u are trapped inside a burning building then the availability of oxygen will be less and hence its pressure will also be less. Now in these conditions haemoglobin of blood will be carrying less oxygen
The oxygen cylinders or the ventilators u see in hospitals do nothing but supply the patients with concentrated oxygen. Concentration is directly proportional to partial pressure.

i got this answer .. c if it is ryt:- Firstly, as the air enters the lungs, it is humidified by the upper airway and thus the partial pressure of water vapour (47 mmHg) reduces the oxygen partial pressure to about 150 mmHg. The rest of the difference is due to the continual uptake of oxygen by the pulmonary capillaries, and the continual diffusion of CO2 out of the capillaries into the alveoli.
