Please don't Ignore this I need help Student council is attempting to change the school colors. The council members survey 10% of the students in grades 6, 7 and 8. What term could you use to describe the students in eighth grade that were surveyed? The choices are: population sample subgroup experimental unit
see experimental unit I know unit means one but subgroup also sounds like the answer
I think sample try looking up online?
lol I did but I checked a few other places and they had different answers
they were all open study stuff though so not all reliable
hmm so it is experimental unit?
Definitly NOT population I still say sample. I think an experimental unit is like, take a person and do something and see what comes out of it
oh no wait sorry
WRONG QUESTION
Student council is attempting to change the school colors. The council members survey ten percent of the students in grades 6, 7 and 8. What term could you use to describe one student that was surveyed? population sample subgroup experimental unit This is slightly different
@Allofus
"this is slightly different" is not an answer choice
probably still not experimental unit since they are not experimenting
so subgroup I would say,
Because wait one sec
Maybe first one is subgroup and this one is sample just a min
The sample is the group which is surveyed
A subgroup is a subset of a sample
yeah so @Allofus I think it is subgroup because a sample is a group which is surveyed, thanks for helping me narrow it down though
Just give a medal :) youre very welcome now I gotta eat lunch I think
