can use the formula in Freely Falling Bodies where the height H(t)...\[H(t)=v_ot\pm\frac{1}{2}gt^2\]g is the gravitational acceleration, 9.8 m/sec^2 \(v_o\) is the initial velocity or the start velocity t is the time involved Just plug-in given values...
