Question

Need help quick!!!
I'm doing compound inequalities and I'm having a hard time with:
2x+7>13 and 5x-4<6 the answer I get is x<2 and x>3 but that can't be right because it's an "and" question, what am I doing wrong?

You're not doing anything wrong, as Mr.coolio said the solution is there is no answer.

The teacher must be messing with you, if he asks for the solution set then it's S=∅.
