Need help ASAP and just the answer plz!! What is the quotient written in scientific notation? 3x10^20 over 4x10^5 A.2.7x10^32 B.2.7x10^-13 C.2.7x10^-12 D.2.7x10^-11

OpenStudy (e.mccormick):

By simple logic, none of those. \(\dfrac{3\times10^{20} }{ 4\times10^5}\) The number on the top is larger than on the bottom, so it will be a larger than 1 result. It is division, so the size of the answer will be smaller than the size of the top number. A.2.7x10^32 is larger than the top, so not the answer. B.2.7x10^-13, C.2.7x10^-12, and D.2.7x10^-11 are smaller than 1, so not the answer.
