it mainly has "real" food recipes. Like meals from scratch, tips for living healthy, and it is written by my sister, whose blog is naturalchow.com I don't know if that helps. All responses are appreciated.

Why dont you name it after the blog ' Natural Chow'

I was thinking of incorporating it into the title, but i didn't know if it would be fine to just call it "Natural Chow" strait out. I think it will be god but i just wanted to ask.
