I need help! Im will give a medal Please Help What is the slope of the line x = -5? Undefined 0 -5 5

OpenStudy (carolina4567):

Im not sure but i think its B

OpenStudy (anonymous):

See , the slope means the tangent of the angle the line makes with the axis , since the line is perpendicular to the x axis , it makes an angle of 90 degrees with the x axis , thus the tangent of 90 degrees is undefined :)

OpenStudy (carolina4567):

O.O Are u a math wizard ? :)

OpenStudy (carolina4567):

Thank U

OpenStudy (carolina4567):

I got another one i hope u dont mind @Dexter810

OpenStudy (carolina4567):

@kayla_renae help

OpenStudy (carolina4567):

What type of line is the graph of x = -2? Vertical Horizontal Rising Falling

OpenStudy (anonymous):

One moment please while I graph this

OpenStudy (carolina4567):

Ok

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Vertical

OpenStudy (anonymous):

No problem , did you understand my answer , if yes , give the question you just asked one more thought :),.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

All it gives you is the x intercept This was easier than I thought :)

OpenStudy (carolina4567):

Ohhh Thanks sooooooo much. I have two more to finish i hope u don mind. What is the slope of the line between (-4, 4) and (-1, -2)? 1 2 -2 -1

OpenStudy (carolina4567):

oh ok @Dexter810

OpenStudy (anonymous):

The slope is ... -4/1

OpenStudy (carolina4567):

Thanks And Last Select the correct graph of -4x + 3y = 6. graph of line crossing the y axis at 2 and through point parentheses 3 comma negative 2 close parentheses graph of line crossing the y axis at negative 2 and through point parentheses 3 comma 2 close parentheses graph of line crossing the y-axis at 2 and through point parentheses 4 comma 5 close parentheses

OpenStudy (anonymous):

That wasn't one of the options doe ...
