4. Which statement is not a common scientific theory about the creation of the universe? (1 point) The universe formed 13.7 billion years ago. The process started with the collapse of a nebula. As the sun formed, the planets also formed from space dust and gaseous matter. Only the planets were formed by chunks of debris.

i believe this should be in Physics. But to answer your question, Universe was formed 13.7 b. years ago "The process" refers to...? The Big Bang or Solar nebula (e.g. the formation of solar system)? Planets were formed by the swirling cloud of gases and interstellar dust

I'll use my answer from a previous post asking the same question :) Think about what you know regarding the accepted theory of how the universe was made. It's called the Big Bang theory, right? Which of those answers does not go along with the big bang theory? Since the big bang supposedly created the universe, how would a nebula, the formation left after a star explodes, be in existence before the universe?
