Need help. Solve A=P+Prt for P

OpenStudy (aum):

A = P + Prt Factor out P on the RHS: A = P(1 + rt). To solve for P, isolate P by dividing both sides by (1 + rt) A / (1 + rt) = P or P = A / (1 + rt)

Of course! I didn't think to factor. Thanks!
