Plane J contains S

Does anyone know d^5 +7d I have to factor

A plane is shown when three points are connected. Any three points connected by lines will make a plane. So let's make a plane, and call it J.

Now we have three points on the Plane "J", and we are told that S lies on this plane. What is your guess as to what we should do next?

don't i put a cursive s inside the plane?|dw:1409099445427:dw|

Well this plane you drew, though accurate with four points, and labelled J, does not make clear if the S is on the plane. S here could be labeling the line, the plane itself, or the label of the Sweet Spot on the plane or something (which is not technically anything - bad joke). To make it clear that S is on the plane, try and label one of the points as S clearly so that if you were being graded or someone were looking at this, they would be sure that's what you were trying to represent.
