I was given P12 = 95.75 P14 = 98 K = 100 I was asked to solve r. I Decided to set up two equations being: 98 = P13 + r*P13*(1-P13/100) P13 = 95.75 + r*95.75*(1-95.75/100) Solving r via substitution becomes kinda messy, is there an easier way of solving r? General forumla: Pn+1 = Pn + r*Pn*(1-Pn/K)
