OpenStudy (kamille):

Which of the following came first in the sequence of human evolution? a) Manufacture of stone tools b) Bipedal locomotion c) Large brain d) A reliance on meat as the major food supply

OpenStudy (kamille):

I would say a and d is not correct, so b or c. I would go for b...

OpenStudy (anonymous):

What makes you think A and D are incorrect?

OpenStudy (kamille):

a) is incorrect because if I am not mistaken, Homo habilis started using tools (stone ones?), but genus of Australopithecus was the one who could 'walk' aka had bipedal locomotion d) is not correct I don't know why - maybe eating meat has something in common with brain size?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

That is right. Yep, B is correct. Good job! :3

OpenStudy (kamille):

thanks for your help!
