I am new to playing the Guitar and my bottom E string snapped. I wont be getting it replaced for a while. So are there any good songs i can learn with out the string?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I'm not sure.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

try google to see if you can find a song like that.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

The easiest song I can think of is A Horse with no Name Literally two chords.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Wait acoustic or electric?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

lol. Trust me i'v searched @kevindragonlord

OpenStudy (anonymous):

@nickmifsud1223 acoustic, and i like songs i can sing. Not too high or too low.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Hmmm... I'd say try a horse with no name, despite that it's sort of an annoying old song xD

OpenStudy (anonymous):

It is xD

OpenStudy (anonymous):

It helps get you faster with your chord fingers.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Hmm, alright... I'll check it out. @nickmifsud1223

OpenStudy (anonymous):

It's E minor and then you just move your middle finger down and pointer finger up each one string on the same fret.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Sounds easy enough. lol

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Hope I somewhat helped xD

Still looking for more suggestions!

You can still play songs with chords of C, G, Em, E, F, and Am... They just won't sound as complete.

Beverly hills by weezer for the most part

You can still play lots of songs using chords without playing the E string. The chords will still sound good. Also, there are lots of songs that use power chords which don't always use the bottom E string, depending on the power chord.
