Ok so a significant figures is any number that adds value to the number.
A has 3 because there are 3 numbers that give it value

B has 4 because all the numbers (even 0) adds to its value.
C has 3 because all the numbers are adding to the value.
D has only 2 because only two of the number are actually adding value to it. The other number are part of its value, but they don't add value to the number so they are not significant figures.
E has 2, both number add value
F has 4 because all the number add value
G has 4 because all the numbers including the 0 adds on to its value.
