Remember this, 5 and under kick it up, 4 and below stay the same. Its the best way to remember how to round a number. This would be 78.9 You would keep the 78.85 because 4 is to low to boot up 5. You would boot up 8 because 5 is higher than 4.

Its 5 and over kick it up, 4 and below stay the same. There was a more catchy way to say it, but I don't remember. I learned it in 3rd grade and I'm in the 11th now lol.
