Determine the points at which the function f(x)=ln(|7x−32|) is discontinuous

OpenStudy (anonymous):

The log function is undefined for arguments less than or equal to zero. By argument, I mean \(\ln(\text{argument})\). If \(\text{argument}\le0\), then the function is undefined. For \(\text{arg}=|7x-32|\), the absolute values will eliminate the possibility of the argument ever being negative, so you only need to worry about the values of \(x\) that make it zero. In other words, solve for \(x\): \[|7x-32|=0\]
