Am I Right? Question> Which detail from the Prologue best reflects the setting of the poem in the Middle Ages? My Answer> "Of sundry persons who had chanced to fall/ In fellowship, and pilgrims were they all" (lines 26-27) Choices> A."A knight there was, and he a worthy man" (line 43) B."Of sundry persons who had chanced to fall/ In fellowship, and pilgrims were they all" (lines 26-27) C."At Alexandria, he, when it was won;" (line 51)
I think it would be C, if you're looking for setting, and place is part of setting. Line C says at Alexandria, which is place.
The answer is C. It's the most logical answer, and plus the line C does say alexandria.
I was thinking that, but the question is phrased weird because it includes "in the Middle Ages"..
C is the right answer... Alexandria is indeed a place.
Well, the Middle Ages is the time, Alexandria is place.
I know that,.. it's just one of the facts to back up the answer
