Which change would affect the median? 22, 19, 38, 24, 22, 3, 23, 21 eliminating the outliers adding the data points 13 and 20 to the set adding 5 to either outlier decreasing the smallest and largest numbers by 1

Adding the Data Points to the set, as it doesn't give you any direct area on where you're supposed to put them. So you could put 13 in the middle, and 20 at the end. That's what I am guessing atleast.
