for this, we have the margin of error (ME) so we add and subtract that amount from the survey result

for instance, in #15, we subtract 2 percentage points from 63% to get 63% - 2% = 61% and we also add 2 percentage points to 63% to get 63% + 2% = 65%

So therefore, the true population proportion is likely to be between 61% and 65% (this isn't a guarantee though)
