WILL FAN & MEDAL. TRANSFORMATIONS OF EXPONENTIAL FUNCTIONS. LINK ATTACHED BELOW. PLEASE HELP. I'M LOST & DON'T KNOW WHAT TO DO & THIS HAS TO BE TURNED IT IN AN HOUR. For numbers 1 & 2, I already wrote the new function so you don't have to help with that. Thanks :)

your first answer should include the x (you need the x)
in other words, instead of x use (x-3)
not just -3

they want you to sketch the new function.
to do that, put your pencil on the curve, then move sideways 3 steps, then up 1 step, and plot a dot. Do that for a few places along the curve. Then connect the dots (you want it to look like the curve when you are done, but shifted over to the right and up one)

For #3, a reflection about the x-axis means make y negative. They also want a dilation of 2, so multiply the right-hand side by -2. That will dilate by 2 and reflect the graph.
