Or, if you want to do it manually. Just give numbers to the x variable. Like

-5 ?
-4 ?
-3 ?
-2....
And just write next to x, what you obtained in y.

when y = 0 what is x ?
note that when y = 0 you have a quadratic to solve giving 2 values of x
now you have 3 points on the graph do the sketch
