PLEASE HELP!! If f(x) is a linear function, what is the value of n? (PIC)

If it's a linear function, then it's a line. The equation of a line is y=xm + b Where m is the slope and b is the where the line crosses the y axis. You are given enough information to find the slope. Once you find the slope, just plug in one set of the x,y values to find b.
