Does any body know how to fix it ?

Google chrome consuming too much cpu [almost 100%]

@opcode yes i had, i have uninstalled most of them but the problem is still unsolved. Also everything was fine till i updated the version of chrome.

Okay, I am going to assume you are on Windows.

First disable any extensions that you have allowed to run into incognito.

Next create a desktop shortcut of Google Chrome.
Right click that desktop shortcut, in the field called 'Target:'
Move the line bar to the end of the field, then paste '--incognito' in it.

So it should look like:

Incognito consumes less ram, also, you can try with more stabler sub-versions of Google Chrome like Chromium, his functionality its too similar to Google Chrome, in the image, you can see the seem graphical interface and options, if you are using windows i don't know if i can support you, here's an image of chromium, sorry for Ubuntu and spanish.

yah, then it must have been some file got b0rken and replacing it made it all good.

yes but still i find chrome much more cpu intensive than firefox.
