Well, I still have my intro saved from when I did it. It looks like I just started mine off stating a fact from my sources, and then going off from that. It's an easy way to get an intro started.

SORRY ! one more question, did you put your thesis statement with the introduction ? or did you separate it ?

I put it with it, but I italicized it so the teacher would know that was the thesis.
