A long-distance company charges 45 cents per minute or fraction of a minute for each call. Which graph models this situation?

I'm pretty sure it's one of the two on the right since all information below 45 isn't needed.

OpenStudy (imstuck):

It's the first one in the second row. That's because the closed dot at the 45 represents the fact that they are charging you 45 cents no matter how long you talk up to a minute. When the second minute hits, the circle is closed at (1,90) because they start charging you 90 cents then, even if you only talk for 1 minute and 1 sec. You will be charged 90 cents for anything over 1 minute.

OpenStudy (imstuck):

It's not one of the ones on the right because if they are charging 45 cents per minute, up to one minute would be 45 cents, between 1 and 2 minutes is another 45 cents which is 90 cents. The graphs on the right show that they are only adding 1 cent per minute over 1 minute and that's not what the question told you.
