write the balanced the equation for the reaction of the reaction of magnesium oxide with sodium chloride to produce magnesium chloride and sodium oxide

OpenStudy (nincompoop):

try to write down the reaction and reactants

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I've been but I want to make sure that I understand . I'm not perfect

OpenStudy (nincompoop):

come on, you can do it... I even gave you a whole chemistry textbook for goodness' sake

OpenStudy (nincompoop):

don't tell me you don't know how to write sodium chloride in chemical form

OpenStudy (anonymous):

the reactants is mgo +2naci= mgci2+ na2o

OpenStudy (nincompoop):

are you serious? LAUGHING OUT LOUD man,get out of here use the textbook link I gave you earlier AND FOCUS STUDYING the book was written so students can teach themselves

OpenStudy (dangerousjesse):

Nin, they're trying to understand the material. There's no need to be a jerk about it.

OpenStudy (dangerousjesse):

Then help them catch up instead of complaining about their lack of knowledge; you're like one of those people that yells at fat people in the gym.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

why you are so rude . I'm here to get some help ,not to be criticize . don't help me then just leave me alone

OpenStudy (dangerousjesse):

Then just walk him through it whether he wants it or not, he'll catch on eventually.

OpenStudy (nincompoop):

it doesn't work like that!

OpenStudy (nincompoop):

he has to put some WORK! A LOT OF IT

OpenStudy (nincompoop):

he doesn't even try to write down the reactants and reaction

OpenStudy (dangerousjesse):

If he doesn't understand the material given to him by his school, then he can't put forth much work. He needs to have it explained to him. Being sassy doesn't help anything.

OpenStudy (nincompoop):

then HE SHOULD ASK his professor!

OpenStudy (nincompoop):

NOT WAIT when he gets home and ASK people from open study!

OpenStudy (dangerousjesse):

At least he's trying to put forth \(some\) effort. This is far better than just giving up.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I don't go to school I don't have a professor and I'm doing school on line and I need some help do you understand just leave me alone

OpenStudy (nincompoop):

I haven't seen a bit of effort

OpenStudy (dangerousjesse):

He tried to write it down like you asked, and you just shot him down. He wouldn't be using this site if he knew the answer.. Just correct him when he's wrong.

OpenStudy (nincompoop):

he doesn't care to know how to write proper formula he doesn't care to read about periodicity he doesn't care to read about chemical foundation all he cares about is to get an answer

OpenStudy (nincompoop):

try khan academy and replay the videos over and over and over and over until you get it

OpenStudy (dangerousjesse):

Then help him get the answer that he wants.. Even just supplying him with the knowledge of how to write a proper chemical formula would help.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

NIn you got an issue .why you here I don't understand

OpenStudy (nincompoop):

https://www.khanacademy.org/science/chemistry/chemical-reactions-stoichiometry there! dude, even in that video, you have to go through a lot before you start doing balancing chemical reaction good luck because studying is not for lazy people

OpenStudy (dangerousjesse):

And for lazy people, http://chemistryiseasy.com/

OpenStudy (anonymous):

its been an hour and you stil havent helped them!

OpenStudy (jtfan2000):

posting a question from an exam and asking for the answer is not "learning"
