But it looks like this: http://tutorial.math.lamar.edu/Classes/CalcI/MoreOptimization_files/image001.gif Area of a square is l*w l being 6.5ft and w being 3ft. Now we need the area of a semi circle: 1/2pi r^2= you need the radius which is 3ft. So you have area= 1/2pi*9+6.5*3. Got it?
