how would I put 4[p(x)] into the function p(x) = 6x^3-4x^2 +2?

OpenStudy (triciaal):

is that 4 times p(x)? if so 4(6 x^3 -4 x ^2 + 2) 4*6x^3 -4*4 x^2 +4*2 if you meant p(x) when x = 4 then wherever you have x put 4 and then evaluate 6(4^3) -4(4^2) + 2
