If you know the volume and area of a cylinder, you can calculate the radius and the height. Area = (2 * PI * r^2) + (2*PI*r*height) Volume = PI*height*r^2 I've been trying to solve these formulas for radius or height and the best I can do is: (Volume /PI*Area) = (r/2*PI) -(r^3/Area) Could someone solve this for r (radius)?
