OpenStudy (anonymous):

37,39,41 Thanks a lot

OpenStudy (anonymous):

But why( x-2) +x+(x+2)

OpenStudy (solomonzelman):

Yes, that is right, and yw !

OpenStudy (solomonzelman):

I am making the middle term "x", and the term before to be x-2, and the term after to be x+2.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

oh that helps a lot thanks

OpenStudy (solomonzelman):

nice to hear that :)

OpenStudy (solomonzelman):

Some people make x, to be the first term... but you see what I did? I made x to be the middle term so that x would be the average of the terms.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Yeah it helps doing that because i was trying the every number :)

OpenStudy (solomonzelman):

yeah.. with guessing you wouldn't get so far ahead of the game... from now and on, you will surely be able to easily snap these problems.

Have fun
