0.3L * 8 per day * 365 days per year gives 876 liters per year.

for the second part, D=M/V. Density = Mass/Volume. The density of water is given as 1 kg/L. you have 876 liters, so 876 Liters * 1 kg/L gives 876kg after cancelling out units.
